China cold chain contracted consultant of Boston Consultant. Mr. Ho has over 20 years’ experience in FMCG and Cold Chain Logistics industry. He has extensive contacts and resources in Asia Pacific and other regions. Mr. Ho having worked for Mars Inc, responsible for supply chain management in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Afterwards, he joins the world's largest cold chain company - AMERICOLD REALTY TRUST as China Chief Representative and Chief Operation Officer of China Merchants Americold. Managing 14 high-end cold storages operation, including the introduction of global customers, national logistics integration, talent cultivation, establishment of China's cold chain industry standards and other important work.

Bachelor of Accounting, MBA, Ph.D. in Law. Mr. Chang’s career started at KPMG Accounting Firm and later held senior financial and operation management positions in securities, computer manufacturing, medical equipment, etc. Over 20 years of accounting and operational experience.

Industrial design and technology background, he worked in the world's top 100 companies with rich experiences in the management of FMCG, he also served as the head of the logistics center of large food companies, with solid operation knowledge of cold chain logistics, more than 20 years of operating experience.

With more than 20 years of experience in import and export trade in Chinese mainland & Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, he has extensive contacts and resources in the import and export industry and raw material channels in the Asia-Pacific region. He worked in sales management in Heidelberg, Germany, and then established a trading company in Hong Kong, committed to providing Chinese consumers with healthy, safe and sustainable imported food.

Holding an MBA degree, this professional has extensive management experience in the cold chain and refrigeration sectors. Having previously held senior management positions at industry leaders such as Bingshan Group, she possesses deep expertise in refrigeration equipment, engineering projects, and cold chain warehousing and logistics. She has led teams in the integration and construction of major projects for industry-leading clients, as well as in the delivery of comprehensive, end-to-end after-sales services.

Graduated from Nankai University majoring in business administration, engaged in the cold chain logistics industry for nearly 7 years, she has worked in the top ten cold chain logistics companies in China, responsible for managing the human resources related work of 14 branches across the country, and has rich management experience.

With over two decades of dedicated experience in financial and human resources management. Has extensive practical experience in data-driven management and strategic development; excels at managing employee relations, enhancing operational efficiency, and improving the workplace environment; and is adept at leveraging professional expertise to drive the company's sustainable growth while fostering a spirit of collaboration and teamwork among employees.
